Refund and Cancellation Policy

We at Vivek’s Tutoring want you to have the best possible learning experience! We strive to provide students with the best possible learning experience. However, we also recognize that sometimes you might need a refund or cancellation. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking your session.

Refunds and Free Follow-Ups

  • If you are not satisfied with your session, you may request either a full refund for that session or a free follow-up session to address your concerns.

  • Refund or follow-up requests must be made within 24 hours after the session.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to one hour before it is scheduled to begin and receive a full refund or credit.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one hour before the session.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without cancelling, no refund will be provided.

Packages

  • Session-packages are eligible for a full refund only after you attend the first session and are dissatisfied with the service. You must request a refund within 24 hours of the first session to be eligible for it. 

  • If you cannot use your package sessions right away, you may save them for later. Sessions in a package do not expire.

Other Terms

  • If technical problems on our end prevent a session from happening, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost to you.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
