We at Vivek’s Tutoring want you to have the best possible learning experience! We strive to provide students with the best possible learning experience. However, we also recognize that sometimes you might need a refund or cancellation. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking your session.
Refunds and Free Follow-Ups
If you are not satisfied with your session, you may request either a full refund for that session or a free follow-up session to address your concerns.
Refund or follow-up requests must be made within 24 hours after the session.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to one hour before it is scheduled to begin and receive a full refund or credit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one hour before the session.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without cancelling, no refund will be provided.
Packages
Session-packages are eligible for a full refund only after you attend the first session and are dissatisfied with the service. You must request a refund within 24 hours of the first session to be eligible for it.
If you cannot use your package sessions right away, you may save them for later. Sessions in a package do not expire.
Other Terms
If technical problems on our end prevent a session from happening, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost to you.
